Nuverb^® Systems Inc. began in 1993 as a sole proprietorship and became a corporation in 1997. At the start we did custom programming for some clients in Toronto, Ontario.

In 1998 we developed Donarius^® Donation Tracking Software and the first copy was purchased in June of 1998, by a church in Windsor, Ontario. We have continued to grow over the years. The first sale in the US was in May of 2000 to a church in Jamez Springs, New Mexico. In Aug of 2003 a food bank in the United Kingdom purchased Donarius^®.

In Oct 2005, because of the many new added features we renamed the software to: Donarius^® Church/Donor Management Software.

In 2020, Donarius was customized further so that it works for businesses. It tracks customers, sales and accounts receivable. It also prints/emails invoices.

We are a Christian company that wants to make excellent software and provide excellent service, at affordable prices, as a way to "love our neighbour".
