We are partnering with Helcim to help you receive online donations.
Their motto is "doing things right even when it's hard".
The system will be ready in a few weeks and you will be able to:
  1. Be integrated with Donarius, so no importing is required.
  2. Accept credit card and ACH/EFT donations.
  3. Receive one-time and recurring donations.
  4. Save with our low rates:
      Credit Card ACH/EFT
    Canada 1.85%+25¢ 0.5%+8¢
    USA Verified 501c3 2.17%+25¢
    USA non-verified 2.37%+25¢
    The above rates are based on an average donation of $100 and a monthly volume of $5K,
    using the weighted average cost of popular cards. Your costs may be different.
  5. Reduce fees even more by asking donors to cover them.
  6. Customize your donation page with a logo, your organization's name/address and
    the categories you want donors to give to. Click here to see a sample donation page.
To sign up with us you have two options:
  1. If you don't currently use Donarius, apply for a merchant account, then download Donarius.
  2. If you already use Donarius, upgrade to the latest version of Donarius then click on NuverbPay on the main window. When you choose to apply for a merchant account some of your organization's info will automatically be prefilled in the application.
In both cases, your browser will open to a page to sign up with Helcim.
To apply, give your name, email address and pick a password.
You'll need your organization's tax id and some other info.
When asked "What type of products and services do you provide?", choose
"Charitable and Social Service Organization - 8398" to get the above rates.


Note: 0.50% of the above fee percentage will be shared between Helcim and Nuverb Systems Inc, with
          75% going to Helcim and 25% to Nuverb. The remainder goes to the credit card company.
          e.g. in Canada, of the 1.85% fee: 1.35% goes to the credit card company and 0.50% is shared between Helcim and Nuverb.
